Blue Cloud wins USD $150 million SpaceX Malaysia deal

Blue Cloud Softech Solutions' US subsidiary has signed a statement of work with SpaceX International in Malaysia, with a minimum contractual commitment of USD $150 million over 18 months.
The work falls under a master services agreement between the two parties and covers AI infrastructure, cybersecurity, telecommunications, and data centre services.
Blue Cloud Softech Solutions USA, the company's wholly owned US unit, will design, build, integrate, secure, connect, and operate a dedicated AI compute and data centre platform for SpaceX International in Malaysia.
The contract is divided into four spending areas: USD $70 million for AI infrastructure, USD $25 million each for cybersecurity and telecommunications, and USD $30 million for data centre solutions.
Delivery is scheduled across five phases and six quarterly billing periods. The programme begins with assessment and design work, with managed operations starting in the sixth quarter.
The scope includes GPU and accelerator cluster build-out, MLOps and model-serving infrastructure, a Security Operations Centre with SIEM and SOAR deployment, core network and network operations centre-managed connectivity, and data centre build-out and commissioning with disaster recovery arrangements.
The work will be governed by defined service levels covering platform, network, and facility availability.
Company growth
The deal adds a major overseas contract to the Hyderabad-headquartered group, which is listed on the BSE and operates across India, the United States, Africa, and other markets.
Blue Cloud Softech Solutions reported consolidated revenue of ₹1,002 crore for FY26, up 26% year on year. EBITDA rose 78% to ₹126.13 crore, while profit after tax increased 37% to ₹60.50 crore.
Its business spans AI infrastructure and MLOps, cybersecurity, telecommunications and 5G fixed wireless access deployment, healthcare technology, data centre services, and digital and surveillance platforms for public sector clients.
The group's product portfolio includes AccessGenie, BluTACT, BluGenie, BluHealth, BluHawk, and Blura SAGA, as well as the Bharat Edge-Cloud Initiative. It also runs a BSNL 5G Fixed Wireless Access programme.
The latest agreement is one of the larger contract values disclosed by the company and expands the role of its US subsidiary in serving international customers.
